Kuchisake Onna

The slit-mouthed woman. A youkai that takes on the form of a beautiful woman, at first. Her other form however is the stuff of nightmares - the edges of her mouth rips agape revealing her dreadful maw and her arm morphs into a blade of flesh and bone.
